Long time between updates

Nearly three months since I last put anything here. It can't all have been due to being horribly busy, surely? Anyway, I've finally transferred over the style I use for my weblog (well, more or less), and all I need to do is something in the same vein for the friends and calendar pages. Oh, and perhaps have a link to an image on my own server, so I can see if anyone actually reads this. Or maybe not - that's an Evial Satanic WebBug when the Vile Corporates do it.

In other news, I'll be back up in Edinburgh job-hunting again: I have to keep reminding myself that I only came to Sony for a few weeks back in September '00. Probably more of this, and other related stuff anon.

... but why not change the background for each weblog? I mean, you must have a different set of attitudes for each weblog, or why do them at all? You select your topic, your language, your format to either fit in with or challenge the perceived selections of your environment? Or is that just me?

Well it will be good to see you back in Edinburgh, even if it does mean job hunting for you :-( We must make sure and catch up some time soon.

It will be good to be back, I could really do with a few weeks off. The London Thing was doing my head in, one way or another, and while there were good bits to the job, there were enough bad bits that it was really quite a difficult choice between extending or quitting. The pennies won in the end, of course, as there didn't seem to be anything else going...
