You'd think I'd be paying attention. Once again I've signally failed to organise a proper birthday piss-up. Tomorrow's far too short notice, so it looks as if it's going to be Saturday night.
The original (unvoiced) plan was to combine it with a celebration of 25 years since I first came to Edinburgh, and to do a pub-crawl around some of the pubs from my 1976 Edinburgh Pub Guide, but that'll have to wait for Another Time.
