Well, that was a surprise. I've just received a package from Artichoke, the production company who liaised with Royal de Luxe for the Sultan's Elephant thing last May.
There's a short DVD of the event (I'm briefly in the middle of it - almost exactly, actually, just past the five minute mark on a ten minute video) in a card folder with some postcards, and a newsletter that - among other things - lists the benevols, the yellow-shirted volunteers (but it's the version of the list from the newsletter that came out during the event, and so is missing at least one person). Oh, and there's going to be a book, with pictures, and people's memories and stuff.
And that reminds me, of course, that I've not posted my full write-up yet....

I had an email out of the blue from someone who managed to find a second copy. I'm still looking for one, though, with the coloured pictures/jacket.
